CrossFit Pohaku exists to create a COMMUNITY that is as broad and inclusive as possible. That is to say your Grandparents can be working out along side Mom and Dad, who could be working next to a professional athlete. Fitness differs in degree not in kind! If we can get you to move functionally, efficiently and safely, we can then start to incorporate weights and get you structurally sound. Once this happens we have established a benchmark of fitness were the sky is the limit!
